Anyone have any funny stories from when they were brand new?
I have a bunch but I will start with this one. My char was maybe 2 weeks old when I was wandering around the woods north of Britain. This guys comes up to me and starts making conversation. Then he asked me if I was interested in becoming more powerful. Of course, I said yes. He said that all I needed to do was spar with him. Then he told me to hold down the tab button and double click on him, then click on the thing that says I will be marked as a criminal.
So I did. Then he says, "You gonna die honkie!"
He killed me and took the little bit of stuff that I had on me. He killed me with one spell. I think it was a fireball. I only had like 22 hp at the time.

My favorite is my friend Scott who died to his own tamed cat. I'm standing there watching over his shoulder and then the screen goes grey. He only had 10 or 11 HP.

I tried the same thing when I was brand new but I managed to survive. I attacked a rabbit. It kept hitting me for 1 hp then I ran away when I got down to like 2 hp.

Might not be many replies. Everyone is very busy with the Stygian Abyss expansion. I can only embue for so long before I get tired of it. So I go reading.

Might not be many replies. Everyone is very busy with the Stygian Abyss expansion. I can only embue for so long before I get tired of it. So I go reading.
But Imbuing is so much fun!! My Favorite is when I started I mistaken started in Britain instead of Minoc (I was a Miner), so I decided to make the trek across country after checking the handly dandy map that came packaged with T2A. I made it oh about as far as where Silvervale sits now and I realized I was lost. I was at the cross roads and wasn't sure which way to go. I sat there a bit when another player with a Bright Red Name showed up. I asked for direction and he kindly informed my what a PK was.. Though he did Rez me after looting and set me on the right path. |

For me its got to be .. when i was livin in the desert after i got that house .. and a scorp attacked me .. and i couldnt cure myself .. and slowly lost hit points .. I went down to grey screen soon as pers showed up LMAO .. im sure i can think of more .. but yea.

LMAO what the hell are you talkin about .. at this point .. ive been attacked by birds .. bunnies .. pack horses .. changling dogs ... spiders .. raptors .. boura ... hell kittens .. im sure im leaving .. oo chickens ... a stealthing poisoner .. ummm archer .. yea .. shes got me with about everything .. i think she even sicked my own dog on me once .. ... she doesnt need ANY help .. shes perfectly capable of killin me with just about anything.
